studio projektowe z Wrocławia. Zajmujemy się architekturą wnętrz - projektujemy przestrzenie prywatne oraz publiczne, a także meble pod indywidualne zamówienie. Zespół Madde tworzymy we trzy: Maja Górowska, Karolina Koryniowska i Kamila Potocka. Współpracujemy przy tworzeniu projektów od 2017 roku, w którym ukończyłyśmy studia na wrocławskiej Akademii Sztuk Pięknych na kierunku architektura wnętrz.

We design

residential interiors

During meetings or talks with investors we jointly determine the style and concept of interior arrangement. We review inspirations, suggest initially possible space solutions.
We carry out measurements at the investment site. Based on them, we create technical documentation.
We prepare functional layout proposals (in the form of a 2D drawing).
We prepare a presentation with basic 3D views presenting the functional layout and proposed space solutions enriched with inspirations with the choice of colors, furniture and interior design elements.
Based on the jointly developed concept, we create realistic visualizations that accurately reflect the final effect. After submitting comments to the project, we develop subsequent versions of interior design.
We prepare executive drawings: plan and cross-sections - functional layout, plasterboard walls, installation guidelines - hydraulic connections, electrical sockets, lighting with the specification of circuits and switches, detailed technical drawings of furniture development and other elements made to order, floor and tile systems (guidelines for tilers and parquet flooring).
We prepare a list of materials and interior design elements, specifying the brand, model and quantity (in the case of tiles, panels, etc., we give the size, number of packages + crumble / percentage supply), suggested place of purchase, price. Finally we present the full cost estimate.
We provide site visits during the implementation of the project.
In accordance with the cost estimate approved by you, we process all orders. We organize transport of materials for construction site. We arrive at the Investment site to control the progress of works and solve any problems. We take care of all organizational issues and make sure that the final result is consistent with the project prepared for you.
